i ate a big breakfast: eggs, toast and bacon. a healthy lunch: baked chicken breast broccoli cauliflower and a snack: 100 calorie pack cookies and baked doritos. i will be eating dinner too (probably the same as lunch)

i keep getting headaches now that i’ve reduced my meals. this is the second day. oh and i burned 400 calories on the treadmill.

is it normal to get headaches once you reduce your calories?

It happens to me everytime I do it. But it passes after about a week. Just be sure you are getting at least 1200 calories a day.
