I am five-seven and weigh 140 and trying to build a more muscular body with a schedule that only seems to make it possible for the standard three meals a day.

Make your meals in advance and freeze them or refrigerate them. Sometimes little already prepared meals are good. like those tuna and cracker cups. YOu can also get some fruit cups or fresh fruit to eat with that. When you have a break eat.

Okay dude
6 meals = small meals. I do that. For body building focus on protein. Eat Almonds, walnuts, natural peanut butter, foods high in protein. If you take protein shakes thats fine to. Make sure you eat a proper amount of Omega 3 and good carbs..whole grains. You’ll be just find. You do seem a little under weight, so watch that.

Make the main three meals smaller and add two more in between. They don’t have to be sit-down meals either. I was on the Abs Diet and for the two meals in between (5 small meals is better than 6, I think) just have like a protein smoothie or a single size serving of cottage cheese and some almonds or something like that.

pick a schedule and stick to it not every meal has to be a meal per say just some nutrition for your body is all you need try some mixed veggies(raw) or some mixed fruits. also drink plenty of water tried this and just this when i started and you begin to feel the results. also make sure to downsize your meals ex: eat one serving of food no seconds and only put on your plate what you intend on eating since ppl tend to try to finish what’s on their plates. workout 2-4 days to start off then try everyday and do cardio at least 30 min and also weight train.
